Armstraining and acts of violence

- Antiracists organise youth of minority background.

Youngsters with connection to the "youthproject" Agenda X were responsible for the attack on the disabled Kjetil Rusvik on the 7th of January 2005. Rusvik was mugged at a busstop at Holmlia in Oslo. He followed the robbers onto a bus and requested the return of his wallet. Rusvik was then attacked by a group of persons. The disabled man was punched and kicked repeatedly and when the cheuffeur tried to alarm his dispatcher, he was passified by the attackers. Rusvik eventually fell off the bus and with 30 passive witnesses Rusvik was again kicked several times. One of the antiracists ran a kick into Rusviks head. Rusvik then fell into a coma as a result of massive brainhemorrhage. He is today not capable of speaking and is bound to a wheelchair. None of the 30 passengers from the bus contaced the police and in court this week it seemed particularly hard to remember the events one would expect left some impression on the witnesses. The perpetrators were of, among others, south american and arab descent.

- The images are from Agenda - X` own webpages. On the pages one can find instructions for youth of foreign background describing how they can get hold of firearms.

Two of the three perpetrators who played a substantial part of the attack were active in the organisation Agenda-X, an organisation claiming to work against violence and racism. Agenda X can be tied closely to SOS-racism and Magasinet Monitor and is a part of the "Anti-racist Centre". Tor Bach, a member of the Workers Communist Party and Magasinet Monitors ghost editor has worked for Agenda X on several occations. Agenda - X is, according to their own webpages, teaching youth of foreign background how to use firearms. The organisation also assists foreign youths in getting access to such weapons. Bach denies on his webpages that the youth behind the attack on Rusvik had anything to do with Agenda X. However, the largest newspaper in Norway, VG, revealed that the perpetrators had taken part in Agenda X` activities on several occations. http://www.vg.no/pub/vgart.hbs?artid=264686

- Surveillance camera pictures of Rusvik and his antiracist attackers.

The marxist lawyer Harald Stabell is more often than not representing antiracists charged with violent attacks in Norway. He is also representing Magasinet Monitor, according to letters from the "magazine". Stabell is defending one of Rusvik`s attackers and stated to the press that even though it is visible from the surveillance photos that his client  - with a running start - delivered a kick towards Rusviks head, there is no evidence that he in fact inflicted damage on the disabled 32-year old. One of the accused also stated in court that he delivered a punch to Rusviks head because he was provoked when Rusvik bled on him. http://www.dagbladet.no/nyheter/2005/08/22/440933.html
